2. Woodhaven at Bay City is in need of a combination Caregiver/Facility Manager. The position is full time with generous benefits such as fully paid family health care, paid time off and a funded pension plan. 3. The 2021 LifePoints Gospel Sing will be held on Saturday, May 1st, at 6:00 PM CST. The event will primarily be held online with a live-stream of the Covenant Chamber Choir’s performance, but we do have a limited number of seats available for those interested in attending in-person at the Five Points auditorium in Washington, IL. Tickets can be reserved for free online through our website www.aclifepoints.org. We are excited to be celebrating our 50th anniversary together this year, whether it be in person or online!
